Much time and energy can be focused on chasing yearnings.  Let us pause for a moment here in this place called grace to consider and do the work that helps us realize what we have come onto the planet to learn, to be, to express, and to contribute.

We named our physical office A Place Called Grace. We hoped that by entering the physical space the client would be transported, so to speak, into a space of emotional safety – a place of openness, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard, devoid of judgment; a place where the client could rest in their authentic self as we worked together as a team toward solutions and growth. While the pandemic necessitated the “pivot” to a remote format, the adjustment expanded access to psychological care. It also reinforced our position that the client grow in understanding that the place of Grace resides within our own awareness and is ever present.  We just need to bring presence to it.   That intention remains a central part of the therapeutic work we’ll do, albeit remotely.   The power is not diminished.
